About the Role:

We're looking for a Senior Video Editor who can craft engaging video content across formats and platforms. From brand films and digital video ads to social media reels and long-form YouTube, you'll bring stories to life with sharp editing, motion graphics, sound design and post-production polish.

Role Requirements:

• 2–4 years of professional video editing experience, preferably in an agency, production house or content-focused brand.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro or similar editing tools.
• Strong understanding of short-form and long-form content, storytelling, pacing, colour, audio and post-production workflows.
• Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools such as VEO 3, Sora, Runway or similar is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of AI prompting and the ability to consistently generate usable, production-ready outputs.
• Basic knowledge of camera equipment, lighting and on-set best practices.
• Strong attention to detail, creative thinking and the ability to deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with teams and respond well to feedback.
• A strong portfolio showcasing work across multiple video formats is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities Areas:

• Edit high-quality video content across UGC, brand films, product videos, ads, reels and long-form YouTube.
• Turn scripts and creative briefs into engaging visual stories with strong pacing, transitions and storytelling.
• Handle end-to-end post-production, including cutting, colour correction/grading, sound design, music, SFX, motion graphics and platform-ready exports.
• Create and integrate motion graphics, text overlays, animation and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
• Generate and edit AI-powered video content using tools such as VEO 3, Sora, Runway or similar platforms, including AI visuals, image generation and voiceovers.
• Write effective AI prompts and integrate AI workflows seamlessly into the video production process.
• Optimise content for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and other social channels.
• Support shoots when required, including basic camera operation, lighting, framing and on-set execution.
• Maintain organised project files, backups and versioning for smooth production workflows.
• Take ownership of projects from brief to final delivery while maintaining high production quality and meeting tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with the creative team, take feedback constructively and help mentor/upskill teammates on AI tools and video workflows.
• Stay adaptable to changing priorities and contribute creative ideas to improve the overall quality and impact of content.

Nice-to-Have:

• Familiarity with AI-based or collaborative editing tools.
• Experience in fast-paced, multi-deadline environments.
• Knowledge of current trends in video formats, transitions and digital storytelling.
• Genuine curiosity about emerging GenAI tools for creative production.
