About the Role -

Creative Director & Project Manager You'll be the person who keeps the creative vision intact and the project on track both at the same time. We need someone who's equally comfortable in a client meeting and a pre-production brief.

What is required of you:

• Leading client communication from brief to final delivery
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously without dropping the ball
• Building pre-production documents — briefs, shot lists, timelines, and call sheets
• Shaping the creative direction for each project and making sure it holds through execution
• Keeping the team aligned and moving without micromanaging
• Being the bridge between the client's expectations and the team's output

You'll be a good fit if:

• You've handled clients and creatives on the same project
• You can articulate a visual idea as clearly as you can a timeline
• You've worked across multiple brands or clients and know how to context-switch fast
• You're proactive, organised, and ownership comes naturally to you
